Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, the Castle in the City, is turning traditions up this holiday season with the debut of “Kringle’s”, a festive Pop-Up Holiday Bar until January 1.
Guests will step into the charming world of Kringle’s, the Santa speak-easy inspired holiday bar pop-up nestled within the lower lobby walls of the iconic Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Embrace the spirit of the season as guests will be immersed in a wonderland of twinkling décor and cozy corners, as the jolly ambiance of Kringle’s savours the magic of the holidays in festive fashion. In addition to the intimate lounge space, a semi-private space for groups of up to 8 will be available for gatherings of holiday cheer.
Open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:00pm, Kringle’s will offer a hand-crafted menu of holiday-themed cocktails (such as the Starry Night Negroni, House-Made Eggnog, and Margarita on the Snow) and light bites guaranteed to make spirits shine bright.
From December 1 through 31, a life-size Advent Calendar will unlock a delightful daily surprise– revealing exclusive daily features, Champagne pours, and a host of other merriments that promise to make the season truly magical. On December 31, Kringle’s will welcome 2024 in style with unique menu features, Champagne pours and libations to lead into the new year.
Location & Reservations: Open weekly Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:00pm until late, Kringle’s is located in the lower lobby of Fairmont Hotel Vancouver (900 West Georgia) and accessed by the Hornby Street entrance.
