Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is excited to announce a special pop-up dinner featuring acclaimed Peruvian Chef Carlos Pardo Figueroa, in collaboration with the Consular General of Peru. This exclusive event will take place on Thursday, July 25, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The evening will highlight the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Peru, with Chef Carlos Pardo Figueroa teaming up with PICA’s esteemed chef-instructors and students. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy distinctive Peruvian ingredients such as Aji Amarillo peppers, Andean potatoes, heritage corn, and Chicha Morada.

This event is a celebration of Peru’s renowned culinary heritage and its status as the World’s Leading Culinary Destination.
