Dine Chilliwack 2026 Showcases Fraser Valley Dining

Tourism Ch’illiwack brings local flavours into focus with Dine Chilliwack 2026, a two-week culinary promotion running from February 17 through March 1 that invites locals and visitors to explore restaurants, breweries, and eateries across the Fraser Valley through exclusive menus, special pricing, and creative dining experiences.

Participating businesses across Chilliwack feature prix-fixe menus, two-for-one offers, and limited-time dishes designed to showcase regional talent while encouraging guests to explore multiple neighbourhood dining spots. Guests can also collect stickers through the Dine Chilliwack Passport program, earning reward vouchers redeemable after the campaign, including a complimentary drink with three visits and a free appetizer after six participating stops.

A highlight of the promotion includes the Soup du Jour Catering Competition taking place at the Grand Hall on February 22, where local caterers compete for people’s choice honours. Attendees can sample creations from Fresh Impressions Catering Inc., Wild Forager Catering, Gunthers Deli & Charcuterie, Roll N Coal BBQ Catering, PalaTable Catering & Events, and Restaurant 62 while enjoying beverages available for purchase.

Dining experiences span lakefront destinations, historic downtown spaces, breweries, and neighbourhood favourites. Cultus Lake dining spot The Lakeside Beach Club presents a three-course dinner priced at $50 per guest, offering choices such as Spring Roll, Crab Cake, or Pierogi to start, mains including Miso & Green Tea Ginger Broth, Slow-Roasted Duck Confit, or Wagyu Beef Burger, followed by desserts like Dark Chocolate infused with Coconut & Avocado Pâté or NY Baked Cheesecake, paired with creative cocktail options.

Japanese and Korean flavours meet at Hana Sushi, where guests receive 10 percent off specialty rolls, specialty dishes, and Lover Boats, alongside complimentary appetizers and miso soup throughout the campaign.

Beer lovers visiting Farmhouse Brewing Co. can enjoy a Two Can Dine experience priced at $55 that includes shared charcuterie, one of their handcrafted pizzas, and a future visit gift card covering two pints.

At Lindell Beach, Kanu Bites & Bevvy offers a Two Can Dine menu for $59, featuring starters such as Whipped Feta Dip or Bruschetta, any two smashburgers from their menu, and Churros with salted caramel dip for dessert.

Wine lovers exploring District 1881 can stop by Fortitude Wine Bar for a $79 Two Can Dine offering that includes starters like Bruschetta, Beef Tartare, Baked Brie, or Pesto Burrata, mains including Steak Sandwich, Saffron Halibut, or Beef Bourguignon, plus dessert and discounted bottles from their cellar.

Neighbourhood favourite District Bar & Restaurant in Garrison Village serves a $40 three-course menu featuring Whipped Brie, Sockeye Salmon Salad, and Lemon Tart.

Craft beer fans can enjoy a casual pairing at FieldHouse Brewing Co., where guests receive craft beer and Italian pizza for $29 per person.

Seafood restaurant Bow & Stern Chilliwack joins the event with a $49 prix-fixe menu offering Soup du Jour, mains such as Seafood Linguini, Wild Salmon, or 6oz Sirloin Steak, and desserts including Brûlèe Cheesecake or Carrot Cake, accompanied by cocktail and BC wine features.

Barbecue takes centre stage at Maplewood Smokehouse, where guests share meats like brisket, ribs, chicken, pulled pork, or sausages with sides, cornbread, and dessert options such as apple crumble or churro doughnuts under a $60 Two Can Dine experience.

Guests craving tacos can visit either Sardis or District 1881 locations of Hugo’s Mexican Kitchen for a Taco Flight allowing diners to choose five street tacos paired with guacamole and chips or churro bites, with optional margarita add-ons.

More participating venues include Legends Bistro, Johnny’s Jukebox Diner, Sidekick Brewing, Kelly O’Bryan’s, and additional eateries across the city, offering further opportunities to sample local flavours.

Visitors can also join Chew on This Tasty Tours’ Downtown Table experience, guiding guests through District 1881 and downtown Chilliwack with curated stops showcasing local makers and culinary stories.
