C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine is showcasing the best summer-fresh finds from BC farms, fields and fisheries on a new Summer Menu now available at the downtown dining destination located in the heart of the iconic Century Plaza Hotel (1015 Burrard Street).

Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr’s latest seasonal menu update features summer-focused dinner fare like Grilled Octopus (olives, confit tomatoes, potatoes, romesco, aioli), Vitello Tonnato (veal tenderloin, Yellowfin tuna, caper mayo, pickled onion, grilled bread), Uovo Raviolo (soft egg yolk, summer truffles, porcini butter), Frutti di Mare (local shellfish, prawns, scallops, calamari, gremolata, spiced tomato sauce), and more.
Beyond a mouth-watering selection of prime, hand-picked and aged cuts of beef sourced from top North American providers like Alberta’s McLeod Farms, PEI’s Blue Dot and Idaho’s Snake River Farms, the new summer menu also offers the following antipasti, pasta and modern classics:

Antipasti
- Caesar Salad (pancetta, Parmesan dressing, focaccia crumble);
- Ahi Tuna Tartare (sesame, soy, avocado, taro chips, wasabi mayo);
- Bone Marrow (charred sourdough, herb salad, tomato jam)
- Grilled Octopus (olives, confit tomatoes, potatoes, romesco, aioli)
- Burrata (grilled peaches, pickled strawberries, cherries, confit tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, balsamic, basil);
- Vitello Tonnato (veal tenderloin, Yellowfin tuna, caper mayo, pickled onion, grilled bread)
- Gnocco Fritto (24-month Prosciutto, mortadella, Genoa salami, fried bread).
Pasta

Early birds and late risers alike can enjoy new breakfast Monday to Friday from 7AM to 12PM and weekend brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 7AM to 3PM items that include Smoked Salmon Lox Bagel (caper creme cheese, shaved onion, dill, green salad), Corned Beef Hash (Kennebec potatoes, caramelized onion, poached eggs) and two new additions to the Traditional, Smoked Salmon and Mushroom Eggs Benedicts on offer at the Benny Bar in the Caprese (tomato, burrata, pesto) and Fried Chicken (fried chicken thighs, paprika).
In betweeners can also take advantage of a daily array of Happy Hour-priced small bites, share plates and heartier fare like Truffle Fries, Gnocco Fritto, Calamari, a ½-lb.
Prime Burger and more from 4 to 5:30 p.m., as well as specials on house cocktails, beer and wine.
New snacks like Roasted Spiced Mixed Nuts, Fried Paprika Penne and House-Marinated Olives also join the bar menu.
