Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening their first restaurant in Vancouver’s Davie Village on Thursday, January 15, marking another expansion for the fast casual brand in the Lower Mainland. The new location is at 1037 Davie Street, in one of the city’s busiest dining and nightlife corridors, and will operate daily from 10:45 am to 10:00 pm.
This Davie Village outpost becomes the company’s 19th restaurant in the Lower Mainland and adds to a network of more than 70 locations across Canada. Known for customizable Mexican-inspired meals prepared with classic cooking techniques, Chipotle’s menu centres on made-to-order options such as Burrito Bowls, Burritos, Tacos, and Salads, built with a choice of proteins, rice, beans, salsas, and toppings.
To mark the opening, the first 50 guests in line will receive complimentary Chipotle speakers, offering an early incentive for fans of the brand in the West End.
