Hyatt Regency Vancouver marked cherry blossom season at Grain Bar with floral-inspired cocktails and zero-proof drinks featuring elderflower, lavender and cherry blossom.
The seasonal selection offered four options, from gin cocktails to tea-based drinks with citrus.
Cocktails and Zero-Proof Drinks
Blushing Sakura combined Empress Elderflower Gin, St. Germain and Lillet Blanc with lemon and blossom-infused syrup for a lightly aromatic cocktail.
Cherry Blossom paired cherry brandy and Beefeater Gin with lemon and brandied cherries. Egg white gave the drink a smooth, frothy texture.
For a zero-proof option, Lavender Spring Water brought together honey lavender syrup, chilled butterfly pea tea and lemon juice, with gentle floral notes and a touch of citrus.
Indigo Mist featured butterfly pea tea syrup, grapefruit and lemon juice, topped with cherry blossom soda.
Blossom Block Party at Bentall Centre
The spring celebrations also included the free Blossom Block Party on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Bentall Centre’s open-air Dunsmuir Patio in downtown Vancouver.
Presented by the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival in partnership with Public Disco and supported by Bentall Centre, the one-day event brought people together for dancing and community gatherings.
