Ocean Wise invites foodies and ocean-lovers to celebrate Ocean Week Canada by attending an Ocean Wise Pop-Up Dinner, where every bite of sustainable seafood supports a healthy and thriving ocean.

In the week leading up to World Ocean Day (June 8), Ocean Wise is launching its new Seafood Ambassador program with three exclusive and intimate Pop-Up Dinners, hosted by Chef Dez Lo, Chef William Lew, and Chef Ned Bell. Each dinner will feature a surprise three-course meal curated and prepared by one of Ocean Wise’s established ambassador chefs, showcasing nothing but the best in sustainable seafood.

About Chef Dez Lo: If Chef Dez looks familiar, it might be because she competed on season 10 of Top Chef Canada where she finished as the runner-up. After climbing the culinary ladder at many top New York Restaurants, Chef Dez moved to Vancouver where she worked at Cincin Restaurant and Old Bird before becoming a fishmonger at Fresh Ideas Start Here.

About Chef Will Lew: A true culinary artist with a passion for sustainability, Chef Will Lew has led many notable restaurants such at Notch8, Black + Blue, and The Roof. Carrying his trailblazing commitment to sustainability with him wherever he goes, Chef Will spearheaded The Fairmont Pacific Rim becoming the first 100% Ocean Wise sushi restaurant and was a former Ocean Wise Executive Chef.
