Caramba is marking three decades in Whistler with the launch of a 30th Anniversary Menu, a family-style sharing experience that brings together many of the restaurant’s long-time guest favourites.

The anniversary menu is offered at $89 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and is designed for the table to share. The experience begins with Calamari a La Plancha with garlic, lemon, and olive oil, followed by Braised Meatballs in rustic tomato sauce with Grana Padano, and Whipped Ricotta served with toasted sourdough, pickled peppers, and Lillooet honey.
Main courses reflect the restaurant’s European comfort food focus. The spread includes a 10 oz Certified Angus NY Striploin with fries and a choice of Café de Paris butter or peppercorn sauce, Mussels ’Nduja with beluga lentils in a spicy tomato and ’nduja sausage broth with sourdough, and Tagliatelle Pesto finished with goat cheese and roasted pine nuts. A side of Grilled Broccolini with miso and sesame dressing rounds out the savoury courses.
The meal concludes with Caramelized White Chocolate Coconut Cheesecake accompanied by a seasonal fruit compote.
Caramba is located at 12-4314 Main Street and has been part of the village dining scene since opening in 1995.
