New for the summer is the naengmyeon or noodles in chilled, clear and refreshing savoury broth. They use kudzu or arrowroot noodles which are smooth and slurpable and perfect to enjoy during the summer.

Next we had the marinated sliced pork bulgogi with lettuce which had tender, flavourful meat that was savory, salty and sweet. The lettuce was nice and crunchy. It also had rice cakes and glass noodles.

The Jjimdak features a hearty and flavourful braised soy sauce chicken. It’s a great shareable for 3- 4 people and we really enjoyed the tender chicken. It also came with a variety of vegetables and rice cakes.

Did you know? “Bori” is the transliteration of the Korean word for ‘barley’. In fact, Barley has been farmed in Korea for centuries.
