AZUR Legacy Hotel hotspot Dahlia Restaurant and Cocktail Bar is springing to life and making the most of warmer days and longer nights by introducing new feature menus to the dining room, bar and street-side patio at the chic downtown hotel (833 West Pender Street) this March.

Envisioned and executed by hotel Chef Daniel Kenney and his talented culinary team, Dahlia’s new daily lineup includes a Déjuener d’Affaires (Business Lunch) menu available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Happy Hour food and drink features from 3 to 5 p.m., and a signature Cherry Blossom Menu that will take centre stage on the restaurant’s fresh sheet from Friday, March 29 through Thursday, April 25.

The Déjuener d’Affaires (Business Lunch) menu offers a selection of mouth-watering midday satisfiers like the Lobster & prawn roll (toasted brioche, chives, celery dijonnaise, salted fries or organic greens), classic Croque Monsieur (artisan ham, sour dough, Gruyere, salted fries or organic greens), and Chicken & Apricot Brochette (chicken skewer, garlic marinade, lemon herb oil, new potatoes, chervil), among others.

Dahlia’s new daily Happy Hour menu available offers an array of food and drink features that include a ½ Dozen Oysters (pomegranate mignonette, cocktail sauce, horseradish), French Onion Burger (caramelized onion, chaumes, sesame brioche, truffle aioli, sea-salted fries), Cocktail Churros (chocolate centre, cinnamon sugar, vanilla ice cream), and more.

Beginning March 29, Kenney and his team will capture the magic of sakura season on plate and palate while paying homage to one of Vancouver’s most beloved events celebrated by locals and visitors alike with a cherry blossom-inspired menu with spring-themed signature cocktails available March 29th to April 25th.
