Chun Fun How has opened a new location on Kingsway in Vancouver, bringing their extensive tea-focused menu to the neighbourhood.
Known for creative drinks inspired by traditional flavours, the Taiwanese brand features categories such as Aloe, Milk Tea, Flavoured Fruit Tea, Fresh Milk Tea, Non-Caffeine, Osmanthus, Winter Melon, Sugar Cane, Purple Yam, and single-origin teas. Prices range from $5 to $8.
Menu favourites include Lychee Jade Tea with Aloe Vera, Purple Yam Fresh Milk Green Tea, Winter Melon Lemonade with Pearls, and Sugarcane Jade Tea.
At the Kingsway shop, we tried the Taro with oat milk with pearl; Wintermelon Lemonade with pearl; and Lychee Jade Tea with aloe vera.
The location also offers taiyaki as a sweet add-on. Customers can buy any drink and get a Taiyaki with custard filling for $2.95. The Taiyaki was buttery, warm, and creamy, making it a delicious pairing with the drinks. I recommend it!
