Lay’s “Betcha the Farm” Campaign with Canadian Growers

Lay’s has launched a new national campaign, Betcha the Farm, highlighting the Canadian farms behind the brand’s well-known potato chips. The campaign features real farmers from across Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and Prince Edward Island, where more than 800 million Canadian potatoes are harvested each year for Lay’s products.

The campaign introduces Canadians to growers like Chris Perry of Coaldale, Alberta, whose family has partnered with Lay’s for over four decades. Through a mix of broadcast, digital, out-of-home, and social media content, Betcha the Farm brings attention to the longstanding relationships between Lay’s and family-run Canadian farms.

With this campaign, Lay’s adds a layer of transparency to its supply chain and offers a look at where its ingredients come from. While Lay’s has always sourced potatoes locally, this initiative brings the farmers into focus, using storytelling that reflects both regional pride and the everyday connection between snack lovers and agriculture.
