Christmas in the Country Brings Holiday Magic to Langley

Thunderbird Show Park is hosting Christmas in the Country until December 29, transforming the renowned equestrian venue into a festive celebration of lights, food, and family-friendly activities. Located in Langley, this event combines holiday spirit with a touch of rural charm.

Christmas in the Country Brings Holiday Magic to Langley

The festivities take place Thursdays through Sundays, with Thunderbird’s indoor riding arena and winter dome providing a cosy atmosphere, no matter the weather. Visitors can look forward to dazzling light displays, a holiday artisan market, and delicious offerings from food trucks and Canter In, the park’s concession. For a festive twist, the beer garden will serve seasonal brews in a holiday-themed setting.

Children can enjoy free pony and tractor rides, meet friendly farm animals like goats and horses, and craft wish-list letters in the elves’ workshop. Photos with Santa will be available by donation, with proceeds supporting the George and Dianne Tidball Legacy Foundation.

Holiday movies on Saturday evenings and live music on Fridays round out the experience, making it a fun-filled destination for all ages.
