Notch8 Restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is inviting guests to celebrate the holiday season with their Holiday Chalet Afternoon Tea. This festive tea service, inspired by the charm of an alpine chalet, offers a luxurious way to enjoy the season in a cozy yet elegant atmosphere.
The savoury selections include a decadent Crab & Lobster Roll, a rich Winter Truffle & Wild Mushroom Tartlet with duxelles and lemon mascarpone, and traditional offerings such as Festive Ham with apple chutney and Bressola paired with pear and fig chutney.
For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert menu delights with whimsical creations like Santa’s Hat salted caramel profiteroles, Saint Nick’s Belt spiced macarons, and a glittering Twinkle Twinkle Little Star shortbread with gold flakes.

The Holiday Chalet Afternoon Tea is available from November 28 to December 29, excluding December 22 to 25. Seatings are offered Wednesday through Sunday at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM. The experience is priced at $79 per adult and $45 per child, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
