Main Street Brewing and Rosie’s Hospitality Oktoberfest Pop-Up

Main Street Brewing and Rosie’s Hospitality have joined forces to bring a new culinary experience to Mount Pleasant. The collaboration kicks off with an Oktoberfest pop-up, running from September 21 to October 6, offering a menu inspired by Bavarian classics paired with Main Street’s craft beers.

Main Street Brewing and Rosie’s Hospitality Oktoberfest Pop-Up

Rosie’s Hospitality will be managing the food program at Main Street Brewing’s Tap Room, introducing special menus for festivals and events. For the Oktoberfest pop-up, guests can enjoy dishes like Pretzels with Beer Cheese Sauce, Bratwurst & Sauerkraut, Pork Schnitzel, and the innovative Stuffed Potato Currywurst. On weekends, a limited number of Ham Hock Dinners will be available, featuring slow-smoked Vancouver Island ham hocks served with traditional sides like German potato salad and braised cabbage.

To complement these hearty dishes, Main Street Brewing will feature seasonal Oktoberfest beers, starting with their North German Rothaus Pils. This beer, inspired by the German Rothaus style, is made with a single decocted mash for a sweet cracker malt flavor and naturally carbonated for a crisp, refined texture.

The collaboration extends beyond Oktoberfest, with Rosie’s developing menus for special events and offering catering services for holiday parties and corporate events at the brewery. A new Tap Room menu will be launched after the pop-up, featuring fresh ideas and innovative dishes to keep the Mount Pleasant community engaged.
