Smitty’s Oyster House on Main Street in Vancouver is expanding its offerings with the addition of a weekend brunch and late-night cocktails, catering to both early risers and night owls.

The weekend brunch menu, available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., features a range of classic and inventive dishes by Head Chef Alan Older. Brunch highlights include Classic Breakfast with eggs, bacon or fresh tomatoes, and home fries; Huevos Rancheros with sunny-side-up eggs, salsa roja, and home fries; and a decadent French Toast made with cinnamon loaf, bananas, chocolate chips, and fresh berries. The menu also offers four variations of Eggs Benedict served on a buttermilk biscuit with options like Butter Fried Baffin Bay Crab Cake and Pan-Fried Oysters.
For late-night visitors, Smitty’s introduces an ‘After Hours’ cocktail menu featuring classic and contemporary drinks such as The Barbossa with Traveller whiskey and Sailor Jerry’s rum, Aperol Spritz, and Cucumber Gin Smash. From 9 p.m. to midnight, Thursdays through Saturdays, guests can also enjoy two-dollar-a-shuck oysters and a trio of oyster shooters, including the Caesar, Gin Smash, and Spicy Marg.
Additionally, Smitty’s continues to offer Tapas Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m., where guests can enjoy complimentary Spanish-inspired tapas with the purchase of any drink.
Smitty’s also offers Happy Hour food and drink features from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays, noon to 6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays and all-night from 3 p.m. to close on Tuesdays, as well as Seafood Boils for Two for $50 from noon to close every Sunday.
