Fighter Chicken is a delicious spot for fried chicken in the Marpole neighbourhood of Vancouver. I tried them for the first time recently and found their fried chicken to be perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

At a media tasting, I tried the Double Crispy Chicken Burger Combo, Regular Fried Chicken 6 pieces, and Regular Crispy Chicken Fillet.
The standout was the Double Crispy Chicken Burger: it’s a fully loaded burger with two Fried Chicken pieces, cheese, tomato and lettuce.
