HongGo Food Ready to Eat Korean Soups [Review]

I’m a big fan of nourishing soups, so I was excited when HongGo Food sent me a few of their heat-and-eat frozen Korean soups to try. They’re made locally, and it’s always great to support local businesses.

First up is the Korean Traditional Pork Bone Soup, made with pork neck bones, potatoes, napa cabbage, and wild sesame seed. It’s a hearty, flavorful, and comforting bowl.

Since I love seaweed, the Seaweed Soup in Beef Bone Broth was right up my alley. It’s packed with minerals and vitamins that support the immune system.

They also offer the Seoul Soybean Paste Soup, a traditional Korean stew made with fermented soybean paste. It’s rich in umami flavor and includes beef bone broth, beef ribeye, zucchini, potatoes, chili peppers, and more.

I personally enjoyed these comforting soups while watching my favorite K-Drama.

You can find HongGo Food soups at H Mart in Metro Vancouver and online at GandaGo.
