Tutto Italian Restaurant & Bar has introduced a new menu designed by new Executive Chef Andrey Durbach who is known for his love of vibrant, punchy flavours and umami with acidity. His new menu is rooted in freshness, balance, and the kind of intensity that brings Italian classics to life.
Here are some highlights from the new menu:
The Caesar Salad opens the meal with a crisp texture and a lively dressing that cuts through richness. This is paired with a cheesy anchovy toast.
The Tuscan White Bean Soup with Lamb Sausage delivers a rustic comfort. Tender white beans simmer in a savoury broth infused with herbs, vegetables, and olive oil, while pieces of lamb sausage add warmth and spice.
The Linguine Alle Vongole delivers a clean mix of fresh clams, white wine brodo, garlic, and parsley, keeping each element distinct yet harmonious.
Among the mains, the Grilled Wagyu NY Strip “Tagliata Di Manzo” showcases marbled beef sliced thin with arugula, Parmesan, onion rings, and olive oil, offering a satisfying mix of salt, heat, and spice.
The Grilled Rare Ahi Tuna presents a bright Sicilian-style shrimp salsa and an olive and sundried tomato mash, combining land and sea through acidity and depth.
We ended the meal with desserts that had character. JB’s Death by Chocolate pairs sour cherries and raspberry sauce for richness with contrast, while the Pistachio Gelato adds subtle complexity through chocolate, olive oil, sea salt, and biscuit.
The English Mule features Botanist gin, brandy, Earl Grey, and spiced syrup with ginger beer and mint, while the Earl Grey Smash brings a refreshing mix of lemon juice, cocoa-vanilla syrup, club soda, and mint.
Other wine pairings we tried were the Tommasi Rafaèl Valpolicella 2020 which is an elegant red with notes of cherry, spice, and soft tannins. There was also the Terra Alpina Pinot Grigio Dolomiti 2023, which is a crisp white wine with hints of pear, citrus, and minerality.
Chef Durbach’s arrival signals a new era for Tutto Italian Restaurant & Bar, blending boldness and refinement through a menu driven by memorable flavours and unmistakable energy.
