Tutto Restaurant & Bar will celebrate Negroni Week from September 22 to 28 with inventive and classic takes on the cocktail, each with a recommended dish pairing to enhance the experience.


The Sloe-Groni, made with Botanist gin, Elephant sloe gin, Campari, and muddled cherry, has a sweet taste with a suggested pairing of Caprese Burrata with vinaigrette, burrata, pesto, and tomatoes. The creaminess of the burrata and the freshness of the pesto complement the fruity character of the drink.





The Pizza Negroni, prepared with parmigiano reggiano–infused Botanist gin, olive-infused sweet vermouth, Campari, tomato water, olive, and spicy salami, has a savoury taste with a recommended pairing of Margherita pizza topped with San Marzano tomatoes, basil, and fior di latte. The pizza mirrors the cocktail’s savoury, Mediterranean profile, tying the flavours together.





The Espresso Cacao, featuring Botanist gin, espresso-infused Campari, Sheringham chocolate liqueur, and salted caramel gelato, has a bittersweet taste with a suggested pairing of Tiramisú with espresso, marsala, and mascarpone cream. The dessert picks up the cocktail’s coffee and cocoa notes, making the combination seamless.
