A third episode with restaurateur Paul Grunberg (L’Abbatoir, Osteria Savio Volpe, Pepino’s Spaghetti House, Caffé La Tana) will drop on Saturday, September 16 with new episodes added semiweekly.

Future episodes will feature other big names from the local food and beverage scene including sommelier and Café Medina front-of-house fixture Jenna Briscoe and Michelin-Starred Published on Main Executive Chef Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson, among others.

The music for each episode is provided by local trio The Wivez, comprising frontman Jordy Birch (Pure, Guilty About Girls), drummer Slam T. Hide (The KLF, Zodiac Mindwarp) and bassist Rob Edmonds.

BC-born-and-bred co-host Larsen earned his culinary credentials working the line at notable restaurants like Sonora Resort, Bishop’s and La Quercia before launching Culture Craft Kombucha in 2015.

His boutique beverage brand supports local farmers and sustainable food systems while crafting healthy, delicious beverages made with high-quality fruits, flowers and herbs grown in BC’s backyard.

East Coast ex-pat and co-host Sorensen worked as a print journalist for more than two decades before segueing into public relations as an account manager and content creator, helping to craft the voice and vision for beloved Vancouver bars and restaurants like Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, Tacofino, St. Lawrence, Main St. Brewing, and more.
