The Oyster Festival Gala is one of the main events of Tofino Oyster Fest, bringing chefs, oyster growers, and the local community together for an evening focused on tasting and conversation.


Throughout the evening, guests were invited to vote for Best Tofino Oyster of 2025. Wind Cries Mary received the top vote for their Chicken Fried Oyster, which stood out for its crisp coating and tender oyster, finished with honey, butter, dill, and caviar.

A live auction took place during the evening, offering a brief pause that underscored the broader purpose of the festival. Funds raised during Tofino Oyster Fest support Redd Fish Restoration Society and Food Bank On The Edge, reinforcing the connection between local food, environment, and community care.
