Osoyoos welcomes the season with a series of culinary and wine-focused events across April, May and June. From local oysters to East Indian cuisine, vineyard dinners and family-friendly tastings, the region is filled with reasons to visit this spring.

Osoyoos Oyster Festival
Running April 11 and 12, the Osoyoos Oyster Festival features two separate events. Sip & Shuck on Friday evening brings oysters, small plates and local wine to the Greenside Bar & Grill at the Osoyoos Golf Club. Tickets are $75 plus tax. On Saturday, the Black Pearl Gala takes place at Pointe 49° Kitchen & Bar at Walnut Beach Resort, offering oysters, canapés, a pasta station, wine from several regional producers, and cocktails from Tumbleweed Spirits. Tickets are $125 plus tax.
Pig Out Festival Weekend
From May 2 to 4, Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country hosts their annual Pig Out celebration. It begins with the Pig Out Guest Chef Dinner at Kismet Estate Winery, featuring a four-course meal alongside wine pairings and street food-inspired starters. Tickets are $129.99 plus tax.
The main Pig Out Festival runs Saturday, May 3 at Cellar Door & More. Guests can expect pulled pork, ribs, sausages, wine samples, comedy from the South Okanagan Amateur Players Society, and family games. Admission includes all food and drink: adults $109, youth (13–18) $45, kids (2–12) $25, infants free.
Osoyoos Farmers’ Market
Starting May 3, the Osoyoos Farmers’ Market will run every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm at Town Hall Square. Visitors can shop locally grown produce, baked goods, artisan crafts, and small-batch beverages through October 11.
Primavera Party at Over the Fence Winery
On Friday, May 30, Over the Fence Winery in Osoyoos will host the Primavera Party from 6 to 8:30 pm. Set among the vines with wine from the host winery, the evening features a multi-course dinner prepared by Casa Molina. Tickets are $135.60 plus tax. Details are available at oliverosoyoos.com.
Sunset Soiree en Blanc at District Wine Village
On June 14, District Wine Village will transform into a white-themed evening with a three-course dinner and live music. Cocktails begin at 6:30 pm, dinner at 7 pm, and wine is paired throughout the night. Tickets are $195 per person or $1,400 for a table of eight, plus tax and gratuity.
