The front of house family takes its cues from GM Nicky Annable, a familiar face who honed his sense of hospitality and shucking skills during eight years at Chewie’s Oyster Bar.

On Fridays and Saturdays in December starting at 6:30 p.m. until sold out, Chef Older will also add his signature spin to a Valencian seafood-and-rice favourite during Weekend Paella Nights when he prepares and cooks the traditional dish over an open flame on the Smitty’s Oyster House on Main patio before the eyes of guests.
