Skye Avenue’s exclusive Butcher’s Block menu offerings include:

Other steak-centric features available on the Skye Avenue menu throughout July include Wagyu Beef Carpaccio (Snake River Farm, aged Pecorino Toscano, truffle cookies, arugula) available on the daily Happy Hour menu from 4 to 6 p.m. and Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 p.m. to close, and the guest-favourite, first-come, first-served signature Chef’s Burger (8oz organic grass-fed, house-ground beef, brioche bread, Fontina, truffle aioli, crunchy onions, sea salt fries).
Every Sunday night is also prime time for prime rib fans, as Skye Avenue presents a weekly Prime Rib Dinner that includes slow-roasted prime rib with jus, classic Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes and horseradish for $29.95 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Named for Scotland’s revered Isle of Skye and the renowned whisky producers that inhabit the windswept island, Skye Avenue stays true to its roots with a Whisky Lounge open on weekend nights that showcases the city’s best selection of well-known and rare whiskies from around the world, with more than 3,000 bottles available to tempt peated and non-peated palates alike.
