Seasons Coquitlam: New Coquitlam West rental building

The first rental project by Qualex-Landmark in Coquitlam, Seasons aims to introduce an elevated sensibility to rental living, a signature for of all their residential communities. A collaboration with the well-respected Ramsay Worden Architects, this wood framed building is a nod to creating connection using smart urban planning. The two buildings are separated by a generous outdoor courtyard designed to be unified but distinguished by its individual characteristics. 

Designed for today’s savvy renter, a wide range of amenities are integrated into Seasons that will take the work, play, and connect model to new heights. From condo home sales to rental opportunities like Seasons, all communities are designed with the distinct level of finish and function that Qualex-Landmark is known for. Local interior design firm, BYU’s approach to modern sensibility will be felt throughout the spaces. Details such as the integration of a lounge, bench, and coffee station within the lobby to promote opportunities to connect with others within the building to the harmonious interiors found within the homes, each element is carefully planned with a purpose. Mood, texture, and functionality come together to in a delicate yet cotemporary way. A city rich with history, North Road, which is the main thoroughfare through Burquitlam, was the first road built in the Lower Mainland. This neighbourhood is home to parks such as Brookmere Park, Burquitlam Park, Miller and Mountain View Park. Well known trails close by include Mundy Park which includes an extensive 16km trail system and Como Lake Park for quiet walks and urban fishing.
