Quattro in Whistler is offering a special Four-Course for $40 spring menu available nightly from 5 PM at its location in the Pinnacle Hotel on Main Street. The limited-time offer runs through late June and provides a seasonal showcase of the restaurant’s authentic Italian cuisine. Optional wine pairings are available for an additional $39 per person.

The set menu begins with a choice of Crispy Parmesan Polenta, Ruchetta salad, or Smoked Albacore Tuna. Antipasti options include Dungeness Crab Bisque, Cesare Salad, and Hiro Lake Wagyu Polpette.
Main courses include Risotto Agli Asparagi, Fusilli Tartufati, Tagliatelle Bolognese, or Branzino al Pistacchio. Guests may upgrade to Porcini Pollo Arrosto (+$12) or Bistecca alla Griglia (+$20).
For dessert, diners can choose from Budino alle Nocciole, Panna Cotta Agli Agrumi, or Cannoli.
Quattro is part of the Paré Restaurant Group, which also operates Caramba and the recently launched Lorette Brasserie in Whistler.
