These handcrafted confections are naturally sweetened with maltitol, a plant-based sweetener, and contain no added sugar. Each caramel delivers a smooth, chewy texture inspired by Purdys’ popular Himalayan Pink Salt Caramels and is finished with a sprinkle of flaked sea salt for balance. The chocolates contain just 1 gram of naturally occurring sugar from ingredients such as dairy.
