Pumpkin Chai Latte Recipe
Ingredients
- 7 oz heavy whipping cream
- 5 oz pumpkin purée, canned
- 24 oz whole milk
- 2 oz sugar
- 4 tsp freeze dried instant coffee granules
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 pinches ground nutmeg, to serve
Preparation
- Insert butterfly whisk. Place whipping cream into mixing bowl and without measuring cup, whip without setting a time/speed 3, until desired stiffness is achieved, watching carefully to avoid overwhipping. Remove butterfly whisk. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- Place pumpkin, milk, sugar, instant coffee and pumpkin pie spice into mixing bowl, insert measuring cup and mix 10 sec/speed
- Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and heat Warm Up /195°F/speed 2, then Blend/1 min. Divide between 4 mugs, top with 2-3 tbsp reserved whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
