Get into the festive spirit with P2B Bistro & Bar at the Pinnacle Harbourfront in Downtown Vancouver.

We tried P2B’s holiday menu which is available as a la carte or as a 3-course prix-fixe for $54 per person.

To start, there was the Holiday Salad with roasted beets, marinated cinnamon apples, pine nuts, goat cheese.


We also enjoyed one of their holiday drink features which was the Melon Martini.

One of the main course options is the Festive Turkey Dinner with yukon gold mash potatoes, brussels sprouts, stuffing, and pan gravy.

A delicious vegan and gluten-free entree is the Butternut Squash Gnocchi with spotted chestnut mushroom, crisp brussels sprouts, apricot preserves, and cashew cream.


We finished off with the Sticky Toffee Pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.

I also really enjoyed the vegan, gluten-free Chocolate Decadence Cake.

The restaurant and hotel are decorated beautifully in holiday spirit and they also have live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
