OEB Breakfast Co. has refreshed their daytime offerings with new dishes and drinks that bring warmth and creativity to breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The fall menu celebrates comfort and connection through bold flavours and thoughtful combinations, inviting guests to “Meet Me at OEB.”

The Southwest Chorizo Hash layers crumbled chorizo, roasted corn, peppers, beans, potatoes, feta, avocado, salsa roja, and a sunny-side egg for a dish that balances spice and heartiness.

The Chicken & Waffles delivers crisp fried chicken and golden waffles with salted caramel and Quebec maple syrup, a rich mix of savoury and sweet.

The El Camino Signature Poutine Bowl reimagines OEB’s well-loved poutine with smoky pork carnitas, roasted pineapple, queso fresco, and brown butter hollandaise over hand-cut fries.

For a sweeter start, The Gold Standard combines a bacon-stuffed Belgian waffle with roasted lardons, salted caramel, and a dusting of gold. Rounding out the savoury additions, Breakfast Tacos feature pork carnitas, scrambled eggs, avocado, and salsa verde in corn tortillas, now available nationwide.

The drink menu introduces the Raspberry Refresher, made with Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, raspberry, lime, and ginger beer, and the Cucumber Gin Caesar, a refreshing take on the brunch staple with Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin, Clamato, and lemon.

From weekday meetups to weekend gatherings, OEB continues to define daytime dining with their chef-led approach, premium ingredients, and attention to detail. Their new menu is now available at all locations across Canada. Weekday reservations can be made at select restaurants, and most locations offer a Yelp Waitlist.
