Located at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver, the Oakridge Park x Pac Rim Patio Pop Up features a Picnic in the Park concept.
The Picnic in the Park experience, priced at $70 for 2 people, offers a gourmet picnic basket and refreshing summer sips to enjoy on the patio. The baskets feature a menu of delectable sandwiches and accoutrements, perfect for patio dining or take-away to enjoy while exploring the city.
For sandwiches, we had the Organic Chicken Salad and Pork Schnitzel.
There was also a Summer Pesto Salad; Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Cheese Dip; Farmer’s Market Vegetable Crudité; Artisanal Pepperoni Stick; and Valrhona Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies.
We also enjoyed a Red Rooster Winery sparkling rose.
We had a wonderful experience overall with the atmosphere, food and service and would recommend it!
