Nook has officially opened their newest Vancouver location in Coal Harbour at The Stack, B.C.’s tallest office tower. The restaurant brings its signature house-made pastas, pizzas, and warm hospitality to the Downtown core, expanding its footprint across the city while introducing exclusive menu items designed for this location.

The 107-seat dining room is complemented by a 32-seat covered patio, a central bar, and an open kitchen where guests can watch pizzas and pastas prepared by hand. The design reflects the vibrancy of Coal Harbour while maintaining the cozy, familiar charm that has defined Nook since their first restaurant opened in the West End in 2009.

Guests can expect familiar favourites along with new dishes exclusive to Coal Harbour. Highlights include the Stuzzico Dip, a smoky blend of fire-roasted eggplant and sweet peppers served with house-made focaccia, the Roasted Half Chicken topped with olives, chickpeas, preserved lemon, and sultana raisins, and an updated Caesar salad with baked pecorino wafers. Dessert options feature creations like the Pistachio Parfait, pairing white chocolate crema with shortbread crumble, whipped cream, fresh mint, and passionfruit.
The wine program offers familiar Italian selections with a few rare additions from boutique wineries. Cocktails range from classics like the Negroni and Aperol Spritz to seasonal features such as a Limoncello Spritz and house creations including the El Popo, Nook’s take on the spicy margarita.

Located at 1155 Melville Street, Nook Coal Harbour is open daily for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. This addition joins Nook’s existing Vancouver restaurants in Kitsilano, Olympic Village, the West End, and the Shipyards, as well as its location in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
