Lobos 1707, the ultra-premium tequila and mezcal brand backed by LeBron James, has crafted some refreshing cocktail recipes that would make the perfect addition to any barbecue or summer event.
These elevated cocktails combine classic flavours like pineapple, lime and agave with the tangy taste of Lobos Reposado tequila (now available in LCBO’s across Canada).
Lobos 1707 Spicy Pineapple Margarita
- 1.5 oz Lobos 1707 Joven or Reposado
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- .75 oz pineapple juice
- 5 oz agave simple
- 2 thin slices of jalapeños
- Tajin rim
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Pineapple leaves
Method: Dip rim of glass in lime juice and Tajin for Tajin rim. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Pour into cup, either drained or over ice.
Lobos 1707 El Diablo
- 1.25 oz Lobos 1707 Reposado
- .5 oz Fresh lime Juice
- .5 oz Cassis liquor or Chambord
- Top off with ginger beer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lime wheel
Method: Add all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice, gently stir and garnish.
*Fresh lime Juice: Strain out the pulp after juicing
