Loam Bistro Refreshes Menus for Spring and Summer in North Vancouver

Loam Bistro in North Vancouver has launched new food and drink offerings to mark the arrival of spring and summer. Located at 230 Esplanade West in Lower Lonsdale, the brunch destination is now serving a seasonal menu Tuesdays to Sundays from 8 AM to 3 PM.

Executive Chef and Owner Rahul Negi has introduced new dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients. Menu additions include the Mango Yogurt Bowl, Jackfruit & Cauliflower Bowl, Truffle Omelette, English Cassoulet, Orzo Shrimp Puttanesca, and Strawberry & Rhubarb Honey Butter Toast. The updated selection balances sweet and savoury options with plant-based and gluten-free choices available.

The drink menu, curated by barista and co-owner Honoka Saito, brings a new lineup of espresso-based and tea drinks. Options include Pistachio Hot Chocolate, Anko Matcha, Earl Grey Blue Matcha, Iced Strawberry Matcha, Espresso Tonic, and a Red Rooibos Latte.

Several popular items from the original menu remain, such as the Açaí Bowl, Prosciutto & Hot Honey Sandwich, Avocado Croast, Green Pea Risotto, and Pistachio French Toast.

The space is styled with natural wood and greenery, offering a casual atmosphere near Lonsdale Quay and the SeaBus terminal. Loam was recently named Favourite New Restaurant in the 2025 North Shore News Readers’ Choice Awards.
