We enjoyed the Bone Marrow Omelette made with free-range eggs, chuck roast, organic grass-fed bone marrow, coconut gravy, Gruyère cheese, and sourdough. There was plenty of meat within the omelette which made it very filling.
There was also the Bangers & Mash features potato mash, farmer sausage, red wine sauce, and caramelized onions for a hearty option.
For beverages, we had the Hojicha Latte with Oat Milk and the Regular Latte which were both delicious.
With its diverse menu and commitment to fresh, local ingredients, Loam Bistro provides plenty of reasons to return and explore their offerings.
