Juke Fried Chicken in Vancouver is celebrating their eighth anniversary on August 8, 2024. The number eight holds a special place in Chinese culture, symbolizing luck, prosperity and good fortune. To mark this milestone, Juke Fried Chicken is collaborating with neighbourhood friends, Chinatown BBQ.
“We’re grateful for every year we get to be a part of the Chinatown community and wanted a special collaborator for this auspicious anniversary,” said Justin Tisdall, owner of Juke Fried Chicken and The Chickadee Room. “Chinatown BBQ reflects the historic spirit of Chinatown, and we wanted to have some fun by combining meaningful flavors with our signature Southern-fried chicken.”
On August 8, Juke Fried Chicken is featuring a limited-edition version of its popular classic fried drumstick slathered in Chinatown BBQ’s ginger soy glaze and roast garlic mayo. This special promotion will be available for $1 per piece from 11:00 am until sold out. Customers can indulge with a minimum order of 5 drumsticks and a maximum of 10 per person. While quantities last, this offer is available for walk-in guests and one day only; not applicable on delivery orders.
Juke Fried Chicken has established itself as a vital part of the Chinatown restaurant community by offering a unique fusion of Southern-inspired cuisine. Since its opening in 2016, Juke has carved out a niche with its gluten-free, non-GMO-grain-fed fried chicken. The restaurant’s commitment to quality ingredients and innovative dishes has resonated with a wide audience, enhancing the richness of Chinatown’s dining scene.
