Honey Salt Debuts New Food, Drink Features Including Sunday Pasta, Après-Ski Themed Menus

Honey Salt is giving its guests more reasons to get in out of the cold and hunker down with hearty new food and drink features that include Après-Ski and Sunday Pasta Table feature menus and Half-Price Bottles of Wine Mondays and Tuesdays at the downtown hotspot starting this weekend.

Arriving at the lodge after a full day on the slopes from 3 p.m. to close every Sunday through Thursday beginning January 29 is Honey Salt’s new Après-Ski Menu, offering guests a delicious way to relax with friends and warm their spirits with hearty, homespun fondues and food and drink features.

Après indulgers can also raise a glass to a successful day on the slopes and share with the table by selecting from a list of white, rosé and sparkling wines including Mionetto ‘Orange Label’ NV Prosecco (IT), Marchese Antinori ‘Cuvée Royale’ NV Brut (IT), Mission Hill Estate Pinot Noir Rosé (BC), The Beach ‘Whispering Angel’ Rosé(FR), Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling (US) and Martin’s Lane ‘Simes Vineyard’ Riesling (BC).

Honey Salt will get each week off on the right foot starting this Monday, January 30 by offering 50 percent off select bottles from the Wine Picks Menu throughout the day on Monday and Tuesday, and help guests get into ‘Weekend Mode’ a little early with live music every Thursday night from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

On Sundays at 5 p.m. starting Feb. 5, Honey Salt will welcome guests to the table for a new Sunday Pasta Table menu that offers a starter of Caesar Salad (kale, romaine, Parmigiano Reggiano, croutons, black garlic dressing), a choice of Tuxedo Mac & Cheese (black truffle, aged cheddar cheese), Granville Island Seafood Pasta (prawns, scallops, mussels, Calabrian chili, garlic, Scampi style sauce), Spaghetti & Meatballs (house-made turkey meatballs, pomodoro, basil, Parmigiano Reggiano) or Short Rib Pappardelle (red wine-braised short rib, mushrooms, English peas, garlic cream sauce) for $29 plus tax and gratuity.

All mains are served with garlic bread and glasses of house red or white and are just $9 plus tax.
