H2 Kitchen + Bar (formerly H2 Rotisserie & Bar), at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, has made many exciting announcements this summer, including a new name and a new menu showcasing an array of authentic Southern BBQ that’s slow-smoked in house.

And now, H2 unveils more delectable news: new Sunday Supper Series features for August and September.

Every Sunday from 4pm to 10pm, experience an irresistible feature created by H2’s outstanding culinary team. (Features rotate monthly.)

Complement your meal with a bottle of exceptional wine from H2’s carefully selected roster for only $45 each!

Bottles span the globe and include popular favourites as well as special unsung discoveries, including Stemmari Nero D’Avola (Italy), Longbarn Cabernet Sauvignon (California), Gruen Riesling (Germany), and L’Orangerie (France).

Or, venture into the heart of Southern hospitality and savour H2’s new premium cocktails, inspired by the same generations-old traditions and deeply flavourful recipes as their BBQ meats.

Sip and savour the senses-filling Smoked Apricot Old Fashioned, featuring Bulleit bourbon, apricot, Demerara sugar, bitters and black tea; the bracingly refreshing Working Class Traditions, which combines peanut-infused Bulleit with cola and a fistful of salted peanuts; or the Cajun Bloody Mary, which is just like the Bloody Mary you know and love, but with an assertively spicy kick.

In keeping with the evening’s relaxed yet celebratory spirit, the Sunday Supper Series also features live music from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. (Weather permitting, performances take place outdoors on the patio of the hotel’s expansive courtyard.)

August 7, 14, 21 and 28
Porchetta carvery with roasted herbed fingerling potato, braised Cipollini onions, honey-glazed carrots, charred broccolini, and stone-fruit mostarda.

• A la carte: $40 with a choice of three individual sides
• Family-style: $100 with a choice of three large sides

September 4, 11, 18 and 25
Beef Wellington carvery with mushroom duxelles, puff pastry, red-skinned mashed potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, charred broccolini, and green peppercorn sauce.  (Served medium rare to medium.)
