As the exclusive baijiu partner, Fenjiu will be showcased in two signature cocktails created for the event. Guests will also explore an expanded menu highlighting how Chinese spirits are shaping Vancouver’s cocktail culture.

With a heritage spanning more than 6,000 years, Fenjiu is recognized for their clean, elegant character and craftsmanship. Their growing presence in international bars has led to global recognition, including awards for innovation in cocktail culture.

Laowai, a speakeasy-style bar hidden in Vancouver’s Chinatown, has built a reputation for ambitious cocktail programs that spotlight Chinese spirits. Since opening in 2021, it has been named Canada’s Best New Bar and consistently ranks among North America’s top 100.

This collaboration offers cocktail enthusiasts and industry professionals a rare chance to experience baijiu in an innovative, contemporary setting.
