The highly anticipated culinary festival, FEAST! Vancouver, welcomes the star-studded lineup of participating chefs April 11 to 15.

FEAST! Tasting at Performance Works, Granville Island

The festival is pulling out all the stops for this signature event, hosted this year at the Performance Works in Granville Island.

There will be a smorgasbord of canapes served up by award-winning chefs.

Expect every bite to be complemented by the wines, ciders, and signature cocktails and finished with decadent desserts.

FEAST! Ready-to-Drink Cocktail Show at Performance Works, Granville Island

A must for anyone with an appreciation for the shift towards convenient but indulgent experiences at home.

The elite of the Ready-to-Drink cocktails unite under one roof and offer samplings of the most popular canned drinks in a festival-style tasting room.

A canned cocktail bar will be available where guests can purchase and enjoy a full beverage rather than just a sampler.

5 FEAST! Collaborative Dinners

These highly anticipated special dining events featuring cross-country mashups of the industry’s top culinary talents are a big part of what makes the FEAST! Vancouver festival is so exceptional.

Look out for dinners from The Acorn and Toronto’s Gia Restaurant, Hawksworth and Toronto’s upcoming restaurant The Vale, Maxine’s with Chefs Ned Bell and Justin Leboe, Published on Main and Winnipeg’s Deer + Almond, and finally Vancouver Fish Company and Chef Quang Dang.

4 FEAST! Culinary Expert Classes

Now’s your chance to pick up new skills and dishes — FEAST! Vancouver is hosting a lineup of hands-on classes. Look out for the ultimate baking kitchen party, how to master the poke bowl with Sake pairings, home hacks for seafood, and a specialty tea and food pairing workshop
