Feast the Neighbourhood Table Owner Geoffroy Roulleau is bolstering the roster at his beloved Dundarave restaurant by promoting Jonathan Chappel to the role of Executive Chef and welcoming Kaitlind Colby to the family as General Manager.

Born and raised on the West Coast of France near Bordeaux, Chappel took his cues and inspiration to pursue a career in the kitchen from that celebrated culinary landscape that surrounded him. He honed his craft under acclaimed chefs in an array of cafés, brasseries and restaurants around France and Austria before hopping the pond and putting down roots on another West Coast in Vancouver and joining Feast as its Sous Chef in 2020.

Colby’s takes the front-of-house reins at Feast alongside Roulleau after overseeing operations at a number of Moxie’s locations, including Stadium District, its new Kelowna outpost and Richmond Test Kitchen hub. A seasoned hospitality industry veteran with a natural sense of leadership, Colby has dedicated her career to creating dynamic and enjoyable environments that cultivate truly memorable experiences for staff and guests alike.
