I was invited to try a few new fall dishes. There was the Kosoo Dak-Galbi featuring tender pieces of chicken stir-fried with onion, green onion, cabbage, and glass noodles and accompanied by mozzarella cheese and corn mayo on a hot plate. The cheese added richness that soothes the spiciness resulting in a hearty and satisfying dish.
The Honey Garlic Chicken arrived crisp on the outside and coated in a sticky glaze of garlic and onion that was savoury and lightly sweet.
The Mala Cream Chicken comes with juicy, tender chicken in a sauce layered with Sichuan-inspired spice, giving each bite a satisfying contrast between heat and smoothness.
