Fairmont Waterfront and HYPE Chocolate are teaming up for a new holiday Hot Chocolate Pop Up, bringing seasonal warmth to the hotel lobby every Friday until December 19 between 3 and 6 PM. The collaboration ties together local creativity, holiday spirit and sustainably sourced cacao, creating a space for guests and Vancouver locals to enjoy a cozy treat during the winter season.


The pop up reimagines the hotel’s summer ice cream activation by shifting the focus to hot chocolate in both Original and Vegan varieties. Each cup is made with rich cacao and finished with unlimited toppings, including mini marshmallows, whipped cream, crumbled Oreo, Biscoff cookie and a chocolate drizzle. Cups are priced at $8.



Visitors can also bring home a selection of HYPE Chocolate bars co branded with the Fairmont Waterfront logo. Choices include Dark Chocolate Sea Salt, S’mores, Gingerbread, Classic Milk, and Vegan and White.
