Elevated Pizza Co. in District 1881, Chilliwack [Review]

While we were visiting Christmas in District 1881, we got a few slices from Elevated Pizza Co – an artisanal Italian-inspired pizza spot.

On their menu are whole pies in options like Arugula; Pepperoni; Margherita and more.

The wait for a whole pizza was an hour so we opted for some roman-style slices priced at $5.50 each.

What We Tried

We had one pepperoni and two cheese slices. The pizza was tasty but a bit burnt in some areas. The crust was thick and airy but overall it was a heavier pizza.

What happen to your tasty pizza. We tried it 6 months ago and it was tasty and more like authentic Italian pizza, which is why we came back. This time , however, it was totally different. What did you do to the Arugula pizza?! SAME as for the Margherita. The flavors are all gone. The dough was rubbery....the sauces was sweet?? Unless things go back to what they were we are not coming back. Sorry
