The Victor is transforming brunch into a disco-inspired celebration on Sunday, September 21, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy a lively atmosphere with music, cocktails, and an extensive buffet spread.
The Grand Buffet features breakfast classics such as avocado toast, shakshuka, quiche Lorraine, fried chicken and waffles, bacon, sausage, and crispy potatoes. Seafood lovers will find fresh-shucked oysters, snow crab, tuna poke, shrimp cocktail, sushi rolls, and ceviche.
A dim sum selection includes har gow, BBQ pork buns, and vegetarian spring rolls. At the carving station, prime rib, bone-in honey ham, and pork sausage rope will be served with accompaniments.
Seasonal offerings include cheese and charcuterie, salads, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, and pastries. The dessert table brings together The Victor’s candy bar, mini donuts, cheesecake, tarts, cupcakes, and a black and white chocolate fondue fountain.
Pricing is $90 per adult and $45 per child (12 and under), including juices, tea, and coffee. Guests can add a Mimosa Flight for $30 with orange, peach, and raspberry flavours, or a non-alcoholic version for $18. A build-your-own Bloody Mary bar will also be available.
