In Montreal, Singson joined Buboy on May 5 alongside Chef Eric Lazaro for a charity lunch service. Bistro Franquette also contributed ingredients for the event.

Next, Singson heads to Calgary for a pop-up on Sunday, May 18 at Bar Chouette. He will be cooking with several guest chefs, each contributing Filipino-inspired dishes. Proceeds from Singson’s menu will go to charity, with extra donations accepted on-site. Chef Duncan Ly is supporting this event through Bar Chouette.

The final stop takes place in Vancouver from May 21 to 24 with a multi-day dinner and community event at Bar Susu. Singson will present a la carte dishes reflecting his contemporary take on Filipino food. The pop-up ends with a block party on May 24, with all revenue supporting GoFundMe campaigns for victims.

Singson is known for modern Filipino cooking rooted in personal identity and cultural connection. His efforts through FAM Inc. continue to reflect his commitment to food, art, and music as a shared experience.
