Brewery & the Beast Vancouver Returns This Summer

The all-inclusive outdoor festival will run from 2 pm to 5 pm at Concord Pacific Place, located at 811 Carrall Street in Vancouver. The event brings together live-fire cooking, unlimited food tastings, BC beverage offerings, live music, and guest DJs in a large-scale culinary format.

The first group of participating restaurants includes Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, Good Thief, Osteria Savio Volpe, Osteria Elio Volpe, Torafuku, Basta Barbecue x Farmer’s Apprentice, Anh and Chi, and Mount Pleasant Vintage & Provisions. More food and beverage vendors are expected to be announced as the event date approaches.

The festival focuses on fire-grilled dishes and responsibly sourced proteins, with Two Rivers Meats returning as a key sponsor. Chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes using proteins raised through Canadian farms and ranches, with the event continuing their emphasis on sustainable and ethical sourcing.

Guests can expect a wide selection of drinks included with admission, including craft beer, cider, premium wine, cocktails, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options. All food and beverage offerings are included with the ticket, with no drink tokens required.

Main Event tickets include entry from 2 pm to 5 pm, with unlimited food and beverage tastings throughout the afternoon. VIP Experience tickets include one hour of early access, access to guest chefs and bartenders before the main crowd, a fresh shucked oyster station, full-service bars, private shaded lounge space, premium restrooms, and a live DJ.

Tickets are now available through Brewery & the Beast. Main Event tickets are listed at $179.95, while VIP Experience tickets are listed at $299.95, plus taxes and fees. Group rates are available by contacting the event team directly through the ticketing page.

The Vancouver event is part of a wider 2026 festival schedule, with Brewery & the Beast also stopping in Toronto on July 26, Calgary on August 23, and Vancouver Island on September 27.

Since their launch, the festival has supported culinary scholarships, food security initiatives, and mental health programs connected to the hospitality industry. The event has contributed more than $185,000 to organizations including The Chefs’ Table Society of BC, Mind the Bar, and Backpack Buddies, according to the festival announcement.
