I recently visited the MICHELIN-recommended Bao Bei Brasserie, known for their modern Chinese cuisine in a cozy setting. Their small plates are ideal for sharing, allowing you to sample a variety of flavours.

I was there ahead of dinner service for a media tasting and caught some behind the scenes shots of the handmade dumplings.

Here are some of the dishes we tried. Small plates, but bold flavours especially for the Som Tam Peaches, Assorted Chinese Pickles, Sichuan Smashed Cucumbers and Summer Squash.
