Beloved locavore-focused Forage Restaurant is shining a light on the very best that BC has to offer via its new ‘Best of BC’ tasting menu now available at the West End dining destination (1300 Robson Street).

Available seven days a week starting at 5 p.m. for $65 per person plus tax and gratuity, the new prix-fixe menu allows guests to take a tour of BC’s best local purveyors and providers on plate and palate alike with optional starting course add-ons and wine pairings that highlight some of the Okanagan Valley’s top vineyards.
